            URINARY TRACT INFECTION Urinary tract infection or cystitis is the infection of urinary bladder. Generally women are affected more as the urethra (tube connected to bladder through which urine passes out) is located so near to the rectum. Thus bacteria can easily swim through this to bladder.   Nearly 50% of women suffer from this disease in their lifetime. There is frequent urge to evacuate urine even when the bladder is not full.
